Pelita 88 processes all financial transactions using legitimate, recognised payment methods in Malaysia. All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Transaction Terms:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction.

• Pelita 88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents before processing withdrawals above a certain amount.

Pelita 88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Every bonus has a wagering requirement may vary. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

For the welcome bonus, the maximum bet allowed using bonus funds is RM25 per round or bet unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms. Bets exceeding this limit while using bonus funds may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All games on Pelita 88 — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, slots, and sports betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports) — are subject to their respective game rules. Full rules for each game are available within the game interface itself.

• Pelita 88 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by a third-party body for all casino games to ensure fairness and randomness.
• The outcome of all games is final once settled by the system. Appeals against game results will only be considered in cases of proven technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game or sports bet, Pelita 88 reserves the right to void or suspend the relevant round/bet and return the stake to the user.
• For sports betting, the odds accepted at the time the bet is confirmed are the odds that apply, regardless of any subsequent changes.
• Bets placed in error by the user (e.g., selecting the wrong team) will not be voided on request alone.

Pelita 88 Users strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or other technologies to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen or unauthorised credit card or bank account information.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting any technical errors, bugs, or glitches in the system for personal gain.
• Transferring funds between different Pelita 88 accounts or using the platform to launder money.
• Registering an account under another person's name or using a false identity.
• Using a VPN or any other means to conceal your actual location in order to gain access that would otherwise be unauthorised.
